Um unsere Frontend-Architektur weiterhin zukunftssicher aufzubauen, freuen wir uns auf dein erprobtes Wissen innerhalb der Nutzung moderner Frameworks und suchen dich zur Verstärkung unseres Product Teams als Senior Frontend Developer / Architect (w/m/d) vor Ort in Dortmund. Aufgaben: Du unterstützt uns bei der Modernisierung unseres aktuellen Tech Stacks. Du analysierst die Performance unserer React-App, um Probleme und Quick Wins zu identifizieren. Auf dieser Basis definierst und dokumentierst du die neue Frontend-Architektur und passende Technologiestrategien. Du verantwortest die Migration zur neuen Architektur, bei der ein modernes Framework eingesetzt werden soll (z.B. Next.js). Du betreust und coachst dein Team hinsichtlich technischer Fragen, damit die neue Architektur für alle anwendbar ist und gepflegt werden kann. Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung neuer Features. Du definierst Anforderungen und fertigst Implementierungsskizzen an, um Ideen des Produktmanagements umsetzen zu können. Im Anschluss bist du für die strukturierte Umsetzung und Implementierung deiner Features verantwortlich. Unsere Code-Reviews führen wir im 4-Augen-Prinzip durch, um Bugs so gering wie möglich zu halten. Sollten sich Bugs einschleichen, gehören das Analysieren und Beheben der Fehler ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben. Anforderungen: Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit React und TypeScript. Hinsichtlich der fachlichen Tiefe dieser Position, bringst du fließende Deutsch Kenntnisse mit (mindestens C1-Level). Du warst bereits in Planung und Umsetzung einer Frontend-Architektur involviert und kannst dieses Thema eigenständig vorantreiben. Damit die Umsetzung des neuen Frameworks für alle Teammitglieder nachvollziehbar ist, freuen wir uns auf dein strukturiertes Vorgehen. Dir brennt es unter den Nägeln, die Trends des JavaScript-Universums im Blick zu haben, um dich und dein Team auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Nutze dazu gerne dein jährliches Weiterbildungsbudget.
